    I love leftover ideas! My favorite Thanksgiving leftover recipe (that I’ve tried) is turkey salad sandwiches. Chop up some turkey and stir together with a little mayo, stuffing, maybe some mashed potatoes/cranberries/fresh veggies or whatever else is leftover. I look forward to it every year 🙂

    Now THIS is green bean casserole! Will definitely try this recipe the next time I’m roasting a chicken for the ‘rents 🙂

      Hi CoCoYoYo–it’s a really “safe” veggie dish, and even if you screw it up a little, it tastes just fine. I overbaked the one I made for dinner at my mom’s, and nobody noticed (I took too long in the shower while it baked). 🙂
