  1. Oh, Meg! Brussels sprouts are the sweetest, most delightful fall vegetable! Thanks so much for writing about roasting them. We generally par-boil them for 1 minute or so, then halve them and sear them in the iron wok with olive oil. But I’m going to have to try your method. They’re so go next to a boiled mashed potato 😀

      Roasting is a great way to bring out the sweetness of an awful lot of veggies. We like to mix up different kinds and roast them all at once, too 🙂
